PIOLA -pronounced pi·ò·la- is an Argentinean lunfardo term, a blend of Italian dialects spoken by immigrants in Buenos Aires, meaning agreeable, charming, and pleasant.
Founded by multi-disciplinary designer Victoria Cho, Studio Piola specializes in crafting uniquely tailored interior spaces that evoke a profound sense of comfort and belonging.
Born in Korea and raised in Buenos Aires, Victoria’s childhood immersed in different cultures instilled in her a deep desire to translate her experiences into a visual and spatial design language. With a background in architecture from the University of Washington and UC Berkeley, Victoria's journey in architectural design spans across diverse landscapes, from the bustling streets of Seattle to the iconic landmarks of Paris and New York.
Today, Victoria brings her wealth of experience and creative vision to Studio Piola, where she explores the endless possibilities of interior design.
